I love you tube. I am a technology geek! Looks like you had a great time on the trail ride! I am in the process of teaching Dudley how to load up on command...I clap my hands and say load up dudley...and usually 7 out of 10 times he does it!!
Awesome video! I am adding you to my reader so I can catch up on your great blog. I grew up with horses and well into my 20s did the horse thing forever...then I got divorced in my 30s and away all that went. Now, I am in my 40s and struggling to come back...wondering if I have lost my mind. I grew up riding Western and last year took my first English lessons!
You are an inspiration! I came over from OneCowgirl...
Onecowgirl: That is my dream for loading: "March on John!" Right now he just stares at me when I ask, and more is needed.
Meg: Yes we have all lost our minds - no sane person would make a hobby of 1000-pound animals who can be startled by butterflies :) but it's the best way to be insane!! Thanks for visiting.
Sue, I actually did buy a saddle bag that I thought Gabey could fit in - but then lost my nerve thinking about all the freak accidents that could happen (once my TB rolled in a mud puddle with me on his back! for example). So I chickened out...
Photogchic: You worked for Channel 8?! And lived in Duluth? Amazing in this big world of blogging.
Welcome to my blog and thanks for stopping by!!. I have two blogs; one (www.flyinglilies.blogspot.com) records mainly my equine adventures, with an occasional Cavalier moment. The other (www.mrbentosbabe.blogspot.com) records my obsession with Bento box lunches. Call me crazy, but don't call me late for lunch.
